The frame is made on CNC machines from a semifinished AL of thickness up to 7 mm. Five transverse stiffeners with a thickness of 3.6 mm ensure a very robust and stable frame strength in twist and bend. Special attention was paid to the bending strength of the frame at the first and last wheel, where is the greatest stress and frequent load at various freestyle-slalom elements such as riding on tiptoe, riding on the heels, riding on one (front or rear) wheel forward and backward, rotation on the front, rear or on one wheel in spin. During these tricks all the weight and dynamics of the skater are concentrated on the frame and concerned wheel. Special construction of mounting the first and last wheel allows the setting of wheels in frame either in the rockering position (1 and 4 wheel 2.0 mm above the surface) or in the inline flat position (all wheels Flat 4 wheels in a straight line and touching the surface).
Simple adjustment of 1 and 4 wheel is achieved by turning the special eccentric bolts on the 1st and 4th wheel in spin by 180°. Bolts then fit precisely into the special mounting space in the frame.
