1. How do I register?
You can click -> https://sportstation-shop.com/account/register, or start the registration process during checkout procedure. You will have to provide an e-mail address. We will use this e-mail addres as our main communication channel with you, providing info on your orders etc.
2. How can I get a pro-forma invoice?
The easiest way to get a pro-forma invoice is to simply select your items and proceed to complete checkout procedure, selecting 'bank transfer' payment option. Until payment, the order has a status of informational nature and it does not bind you to a purchase.
Your order will be processed imeediately in such a way, that the items in the order will be reserved for you until the invoice expiration. As soon as the payment is received, the items will be dispathched immediately.
You will be informed of the reception of the payment via e-mail as well as other steps in the order process.
3. How do I know the product is in stock?
On every product page there is a availability mark on right site of the product.and there you can find all the information in stock status for the product:
4. What are the shipping costs?
Cost of delivery within Slovenia and Croatia is FREE for orders over 50 EUR and 5 EUR for orders under 50 EUR.
Cost of delivery within EU is FREE for orders over 150 EUR, for orders up to 99,99 EUR is 10 eur, and for orders from 100-149,99 eur is 8 EUR
5. When will the package be delivered?
The delivery of ordered goods is executed by our contracting partner Pošta Slovenije, GLS or DHL.
All orders will be shipped the same or the next working day (under the condition, the items are in stock). Estimated delivery time within Slovenia and Croatia is 3-5 working days (additional 1 day for Croatian islands) and 5-8 working days for deliveries within EU territory.
You can expect delivery no later than 3:00 PM. You will be informed of more precise delivery time via SMS message.
Shipping is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and on holidays. In case you have any special requests you are kindly asked to note them down in the section ‘’comments’’ located at the bottom of the order.
6. Can I have the package delivered to my workplace?
Yes of course, in the first step of the checkout procedure, you can fill your workplace adress and we suggest to fill out also your mobile phone number for the courier.
7. When, and where do I enter promotional codes?
You can enter a promotional code at any moment of your visit to our webshop, either you have items in your cart or not or either you are logged in or not (except in the case of customer-related promotional codes).
